[Feature] Temporary Instructor Enrollment/Resignation

1. A newly joined temporary instructor should receive an invitation to their new eng email from the HoD, with the enrollment flow link.
2. In the enrollment flow, they should be able to log into the system using that email (GAuth) and complete their profile:

• Name
• Profile Picture
• Designation
• Profile Link (Linkedin)
• ENumber (if department student)
• Date of Joined

3. In the resignation flow, the following should be able to fill:

• Date of Leave

In addition, the "head of the department", and "user manager" should be able to invite users as well as update the answers provided through the enrollment, and resignation flows

The following APIs should be designed:
