The beadledom-bom should only manage dependencies for beadledom modules.

See square/okhttp#4407 for discussion on how to fix the issue and other relevant links.

I was looking at this again and couldn't remember what the problem is, but I think the problem is that our bom is inheriting the dependency management section from the parent pom
