Add option to replace profile's STIG #10

This functionality is used when the user maintains the current applied STIG in their profile.

We would want to remove the old STIG file and replace it with the STIG file used in the update

inspec_delta profile update --profile_path --stig_file_path <stig.xml> --stig_replace --current-stig <current_stig.xml>
