[BETA] Redirect Links

In BETA the only pages that are easily accessible is the Homepage and Filing UI.

In the past, on BETA there used to be a lot of visible pieces of the UI displaying similarly to production but have since removed those pieces from the BETA platform. These pieces of the UI/URLs are still accessible if you go directly to the URL. Investigate into setting up redirects to the Homepage or other methods to notify users that these URLs are not in active development within the BETA platform.
