User story

• As a filer, I want a clear understanding of the provide filing details step, so that I can understand what information will be requested, why I need to provide it, and to ensure that I can enter the information correctly to avoid filing issues.

Acceptance criteria

• Given a filer is preparing their filing, when they reach the provide filing details step, then they see a helpful content that prepares them for what they will do on this page.
