The purpose of this issue is to track the work related to reviewing designs and user stories to start to concretely define MVP. The goal will be to have a list of MVP requirements for each page.

Epic: Getting started shared landing page (unauthenticated) #7

• For this one we need to decide whether we should include the email sign up in the prioritized list for MVP.
• The work related to the various notices and statements is still in progress and is not a priority during the current sprint.

Epic: Complete your user profile (first time user) #12

• Today we discussed removing the ability for a user to self select their LEI using the select and instead handling this with an in-page link to either an email request to SBL Help or sending them to the already built SBL help form.
• I will have to created updated mock-ups to reflect this option
