The option sets the default for showing the hint de- or encrypted.
With cgeo/cgeo#15887 the possiblilty for toggling the encryption was re-added, if the option is not active (for those caches, where the owner has already provided a decrypted hint without square brackets).

Done for english and german

I updated the screenshot in en-namespace - this is used for german, suomi, italian and chinese
