will add more when this is relevant but basically it's about enabling putting non-finalized bitcoin block hashes and wtxid merkle roots on our Bitcoin light client contract.

This modifying the deposit_data field in our soft confirmations to something like sequencer_txs and make it a type of DepositData / TrustedUpdate.
