A nice image, a better headline ("Listing Volunteers" is the default schema generator headline) with some styling, converting the link to add new volunteers to a button, and maybe changing the Show, Edit, and Delete buttons' colors to championer colors would do wonders.

This is what it currently looks like:

You'll have to add volunteers to your local database, by clicking on new volunteer, so you have something to work with.
