Create new GCP VM instance for a fresh docker deployment

@3fernandez Could you point us to any Dockerfile or Docker-compose configurations that you might have created?

I'd like to try to get a master branch Docker deployment pipeline set up and documented.

We have a Nanobox VM instance running, but I think I'd like to try to automate some of Euclides' Docker setup he had before he switched to a (Dockerless?) Nanobox VM.

We might be able to use Nanobox and Docker together for the automation. I want to avoid Dokku, simply because of the confusion it causes, because it sounds so much like Docker.

In the first instance, lets get a fresh GCP VM spun up and docker-compose configuration for the non-automated deployment.
