This smells:

> exampleCAGEexp |> consensusClustersGR() |> score() |> sum() / 1e6
[1] 1.22

Looking at the source code, the TMP expression values of the samples are added. This goes against the documentation:

The score columns indicates the normalised expression value of each cluster, either across all samples (sample = NULL), or for the selected sample.

Either the code or the documentation must be fixed.
