Unit test coverage is nonexistent #3

We should add unit tests to make sure we don't break the parser in the future. Tests might include:

checking multi-width UTF-8 characters as sent from DCS-BIOS
ensuring an address with a string and integer out sends both messages

charliefoxtwo assigned charliefoxtwo and unassigned charliefoxtwo
