Talk Idea, described briefly: Docker: What is it? Why would anyone use it? We’re going to answer these questions and explain why Docker is useful for everything from deploying infrastructure at massive scale to running home automation servers on Raspberry Pi to running the Spotify app on your laptop.

@chrisuehlinger I know you mentioned that there were (or may be) some changes in Docker that meant you wouldn't want to give this talk. Is that still the case? Should I close this one out? Thanks!
