Clicking on the NavToolbar disables selection

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Clicking on a vector will produce a VectorSelectedEvent
2. Use the NavToolbar
3. No more VectorSelectedEvent's will be sent

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After clicking back to navigation mode, the vectors should be selectable like 
before using the NavToolbar.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Ubuntu and Windows 7. Apache Tomcat/7.0.27. Vaadin 6.7.8, 
openlayers-wrapper-1.2.0.
