希望改进切换代理状态时的反馈逻辑 #815

现阶段使win10不打开软件窗口的情况下、用快捷键启动代理完全不会收到任何反馈。
希望能在windows托盘添加变色图标，或者增加系统通知弹窗功能。

希望安卓的控制中心快捷方式在切换代理状态时，不要自动收起控制中心。
在启动代理时，有弹窗很好，但是希望改为在代理成功时显示“已启动代理”，不然结合控制中心的自动收起哇老师怀疑有没有代理成功。

还有就是，win版的系统托盘图标每次启动电脑时都要重新拖出来，希望能优化一下
