有些視頻播放到一定進度之後就不再緩衝載入 #120

三四個視頻就會有一個播放 10分一 3分一或者5分四左右就會卡住不再載入

例如:
https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1Uc4ke4E4S 播放到02:18就停止不再繼續
https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1RYbFeHEKW
https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1gQtCeKEJD
https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1DzxLeQERG
