Plasma from raw files should use Eirene neutral density if available

The dab2 quantity computed by Eirene should be used for the neutral density. B2 uses a fluid approximation for the density which is not self-consistent with the rest of the simulation, and is typically orders of magnitude too low. Both MDSplus and balance readers use dab2 for neutrals already.
