Support for Tweetstorms in Codeblocks

This is a really minor thing, but....

I like to put my tweetstorms in code blocks so the hashtags don't jack up my tag pane, but NoteTweet chokes on this, presumably because codeblocks are being interpreted as "commented out." But since NoteTweet iiiis a plugin it would be really cool if it worked when my file looks like this:

I know I can totally just delete and re-add the code ticks so don't spend a ton of time on this, I'm just filing it here in case it's easy / would be useful for anyone else.

Oh wait, that's choking even if I delete all the code ticks and everything except the THREAD END and THREAD START. Womp womp.
