Messing around with this a bit, I think it breaks for loans but works for holds.

Repro:

Steps:
- As an admin
- Go to an admin member page
- Type a valid item number into the loan lookup box
- Click cancel
Expect:
- Lookup box to reset
Observe:
- Nothing happens

If you click on the "holds" section of the member instead, lookup / cancel works as expected.
