Can't run arm on x64

I tried to run it but whenever I try to start it I get this:
standard_init_linux.go:175: exec user process caused "exec format error"

I'm runnin Arch Linux witk 4.8.2-1 kernel.

Could you verify that you have binfmt_misc and qemu-user-static installed on your host[1]?

Yes, I had them installed before I tried to run docker.
