Dxf support

Hi John. Ray, you and me already did the heavy lifting of dxf into three.js here. I figure it would take you almost no time to pull out the processdxf function here from https://github.com/openhardwarecoza/widget-cpDXFthree and then this widget (svg2gcode) can support dxf too. I have it running in LaserWeb too (very dirty code but works) - your three2gcode idea is nothing short of magic!

Hmm, I'm trying to keep this widget clean just for SVG's. I'd rather just
include your DXF widget as a standalone widget. Is this widget-cpDXFthree
in good enough shape to put into production?
