Expense contribution

As a User
I need alter the contribution levels of each participant
So that a participant can contribute more or less.

Details and Assumptions

• An expense has been created
• By default, all contribution levels are set to 0(expense is equally distributed)
• When a participant's contribution level is increased to 40%, the remaining 60% of the expense is equally distributed to all participants.
• Contribution level is determined on a per-expense basis

Acceptance Criteria

Given that a user has created an expense
When the contribution levels have been set 
Then the expense is distributed following the contribution levels
