Soft Reset Issue with Cheats

Hello, I used NitroHax with my cartridge of Pokémon SoulSilver, I activated a few Cheats with that, but after a Soft Reset, they are deactivated.. My Question is: Would it be possible to keep cheats enabled after a soft reset? :)

A couple of questions to figure out what's going on:

1. How are you running NitroHax? For example, from a cartridge like an R4?
2. How are you soft resetting? Is it using L+R+Start+Select?

I use this : https://github.com/ahezard/NitroHax3DS I launched the CIA of it and I activated a few cheats. After I do L+R+Start+Select the cheats doesn't work / The cheats are deactivated :/

From the sounds of it, the cheat engine hook is being overwritten upon reset, probably by the game code being reloaded. It's been a while since I touched this code, but I don't think that's normal behaviour for DS games.

NitroHax3DS is a fork of this project, so you might get a better answer asking there.
