Data page in nav bar

We will relatively soon want to add a data page to the RelEc static site. The actual content of that page can just use the styling of the about page, and I don't imagine it will be fancy.

But we would want to add Data to the list of items in the top nav bar. Futzing around with dev tools makes me think that the current styling will handle that addition gracefully without any other changes to the CSS.

What do you think? Would you mind confirming, please?
