Errors when running assembler not reported to user #16

(Original issue: #7. No longer using CGI, but the general issue remains.)

The user should be made aware if any errors occur when running the assembler. For the current WebPerl implementation, these might only be visible from the console and/or do not provide much useful information.

Passing ['-MCarp=Verbose'] to Perl.start() doesn't seem to print any more information than without.
