花了两周才明白，这个branch太老了CUDA11不支持，CUDA10+cudann7.5是百分之百能build的！！！
另外别折腾18.04了用16.04！！！CUDA10只支持到nvidia-410，18.04的nvidia410驱动有问题！！！ppa也不行！！！
