[Bug]: Artists have a alternative language name not scrobbling to Last.fm

Describe the Bug

The title may seems a bit confusing to english spekers.But many artists is showing their alterantive language name in Cider.Even you set the UI to english.
for example:Emile Gieles is dispalying as 埃米尔·吉列尔斯.(I'm subscribing to China region apple music)
I'm sure this will happen for other languages as well
For some reason last.fm scrobbling is not working when playing these artists.
In apple music app the artists name are shown in english.Should there be an option or follow the UI language?
