INSTALL

In order to build the OnlineForest package, you need to install these libraries:

* libconfig: C/C++ Configuration File Library
  http://www.hyperrealm.com/libconfig/
  Version used for this package: 1.3.2

* GMM++: Generic C++ template library for sparse and dense matrices
  http://home.gna.org/getfem/gmm_intro.html
  Version used for this package: 3.1

* ATLAS: Automatically Tuned Linear Algebra Software (ATLAS)
  http://math-atlas.sourceforge.net/
  Version used for this package: 3.6

* LAPACK: Linear Algebra PACKage (LAPACK)
  http://www.netlib.org/lapack/
  Version used for this package: 3.1

If you are on Ubuntu, you just need to install the libconfig manually by downloading 
it from the its website. For other packages you could install them from ubuntu 
repositories:

sudo apt-get install liblapack-dev libatlas-base-dev libgmm-dev

After installing the dependencies, just run the:
make

This should build the "Online-Forest" binary.
