Any chance of getting tooltip-html-unsafe able to compile ng-if, ng-repeat, etc? #18

Looks like this has been fixed here in angular-ui/bootstrap, but it doesn't appear to work for me:

angular-ui/bootstrap#662 which references
angular-ui/bootstrap#220

I just need to be able to load up a tooltip with dynamic html, including ng-repeat/ng-if, etc.

I'm not sure when I'll have a moment to look into this. Feel free to submit a PR in the meantime.
