💡 Summary

Add the option to create a log file.

Motivation and context

Much of ScubaGoggles's output is just printed to the console (e.g., warnings). Such output would be lost if running ScubaGoggles in an automated pipeline. If instead ScubaGoggles logged that output to a file the output could be tracked.

Implementation notes

Do we want logging to just be an option? Or be the default? Log + print to console?
