💡 Summary

Add the option to view the HTML output in dark mode.

Motivation and context

  • Some people prefer dark mode
  • Consistency with ScubaGear

Implementation notes

This feature has already been added to ScubaGear: cisagov/ScubaGear#156

Acceptance criteria

  • ScubaGoggles has a dark mode option.
