CMMC Reporting and Analysis deficiencies

🐛 Bug Report

After completing a CMMC assessment the assessment results are not properly reflected in the Analysis Dashboard. Further there is no option to review or access observations from the assessment.

To Reproduce

Complete a CMMC level 4 assessment with at least one answer no and at least one observation. Review the Analysis Dashboard, note that the answers are listed as 100% yes. Also note that there is no observation report available.

Expected behavior

The Analysis dashboard should accurately reflect the answers of the questions. Further, it should be possible to report on a summary of observations.

I am experiencing what I believe is the same issue- after refreshing the page, or leaving the assessment after inputting data, when coming back to the same assessment the data is gone. It seems that sometimes part of the data is gone, and sometimes all of it is gone.
