Receiving error when creating a new user v12.1.2.0

I have Enterprise version 12.1.2.0 and whenever I open the web page and select to add a new user and provide all the information necessary, I get the following error [object ProgressEvent]. I can't find any information on what these means or how to correct it.

How can I resolve this issue?
