💡 Summary

We should use VPC endpoints here, like we do in cisagov/cool-assessment-terraform.

Motivation and context

VPC endpoints are more secure because the network traffic never leaves the VPC.

Implementation notes

The CloudPosse VPC module offers this functionality as a submodule.
