Issue description

On the portfolio table, we currently display a table of domains and domain requests under a "detail" button. The columns in this table are not sortable. These tables should be sortable by name and status.

Acceptance criteria

  • The domain table is sortable by name and state
  • The domain request table is sortable by name and status
