Description

Currently, the stop_local.sh script just closes all the terminals and does nothing else. Instead, it should clean up all the resources like deleting the dependencies folder from all the microservices.

Expected Behavior

All folders created during the runtime should be deleted.

Actual Behavior

Dependencies and other resources are not cleaned up once MartianBank is stopped locally.
