In preparation for Go Live, going through the application and its objects making sure they are optimized and data is correctly being captured.

Tasks

  • Added descriptions for RAW data fields
  • Updated Record Rules for capturing RAW data
  • Updated Count fields that count Drafted/Approved reg items & Install/Retire reg items
  • Updated details views with updated count fields
  • Removed old Reg to Retire, Reg to Install, Regulations to Retire, & Regulations to Install from details views
  • Removed old Reg to Retire, Reg to Install, Regulations to Retire, & Regulations to Install connections from object
  • Rebuilt Sibling Regulations table on Reg Item details page with proper connection
  • Removed Unused File/Link fields from object
  • Set conditional rules for Template Status on the object so that field will now populate
  • Removed old form to create a test document/regulation
  • Created Record Rule to make sure the Document Template is also being updated with Regulation Document connection so the one to one connection can be seen both ways and better audit active Template records
  • Removed Test Records
