It’d be fun to design a series of logo variations that celebrate various annual occurrences such as holidays or recognized dates. eg the anniversary of civic tech DC, halloween, pride month. We could build functionality and a few variations and then it’d be a fun thing for future graphically-inclined folks to contribute more to

To be clear, the idea is:

• Design a set of logo variations
• For each variation have a date range when it should be displayed
• When the current date is within one of the date ranges show the logo variation
• Include a tooltip or something explaining that we’re celebrating/recognizing X, and find our real logos at /press
