Webview resizes faster than keyboard pops up (white flash)

Hey @cjpearson and thanks for this great plugin!

I seem to have the same problem mentioned in the issue tracker from way back when the project was still under Apache. In iOS, when the keyboard is triggered, the webview quickly snaps to its new position, while the keyboard slides up. During this slide, a white background is shown until the keyboard is at its final position.

The old issue even made a video of this, and I have the exact same thing happening to me. Any idea on what could cause this? It doesn't seem like many other people have this, so I'm sure I'm overlooking something.

Running latest version of cordova-plugin-keyboard and version 8.0.0 of Cordova. App runs on iOS 11.
