Finish the python script to test VME library APIs in CAENVMElib.
Such scripts can be used to test certain VME modules.

Sorry for reply so late. Right now we are busy packaging what we need to deliver next week. I hope I can do some python test this weekend, and I'll need your help (may be from QQ). ^_^
