As the title says Monastic Orders are unavailable after the unification of Chalcedonian Christianity. Membership in the Community of Saint Basil requires the Greek or Iconoclast rites traits, while membership in the Benedictine or Dominican Orders requires Latin rites trait. The problem is new characters born after the unification have neither.
My suggestion is to replace these requirement with negated conditions, e. g. membership in the Community of Saint Basil would require NOT to have Latin rites trait. This way Monastic Orders won't go extinct and would be available to every Chalcedonian Christian.
Also it may be need to think about which Order the character will be assigned to after being cloistered.
