Wagtail admin 404 error upon login #250

Description

We are experiencing a critical issue with the Wagtail admin interface. Upon attempting to log in to the admin dashboard:

Navigating to https://ckan.org/admin/ or https://ckan.org/admin/pages/7/ initially loads the dashboard for 1-2 seconds.
Immediately afterward, the page redirects to a 404 error.

Steps to Reproduce:

Go to https://ckan.org/admin/ or https://ckan.org/admin/pages/7/.
Log in with valid credentials.
Observe the behavior: a brief glimpse of the dashboard, followed by a 404 error.

🔥 Note
This is a critical blocker as it prevents us from publishing on the blog.
