Balloon toolbars for elements shift to opposite side of source element after using the rotator #17124

  1. Open a demo for the merge fields feature https://ckeditor.com/docs/ckeditor5/latest/features/merge-fields.html
  2. Create an element with 2 balloon toolbars as its source (e.g. insert an invalid merge field into an image caption)
  3. Click the merge field and use the balloon toolbar rotators

✔️ Expected result

Balloon toolbars are fixed in place.

❌ Actual result

Balloon toolbars shift to the opposite side of the source element after using rotators.
