How to update pkg in clearlinux docker image

Hello,
I am using python3.10 version of clear linux. I need to update below packages due to vulnerability but not sure how can i do that could you please give some instruction ?

wheel:0.37.1 => 0.38.0
pip:20.3.4 => 21.1
setuptools:65.5.0 => 65.5.1
