https://cloud.gov/docs/services/cloud-gov-identity-provider/ doesn't work for me the way I expect with id-example.js, but that's a poor client to work from.

This is certainly better code to work with in tracking this down: https://github.com/lelylan/simple-oauth2/tree/master/example
