Tekton v1 has deprecated ClusterTasks and uses the resolver feature instead (documented at https://docs.openshift.com/pipelines/1.15/create/remote-pipelines-tasks-resolvers.html). cdk8s-pipelines should support references to remote tasks in pipelines using this new syntax
