What changes are you suggesting?

With Cloudflare Pages it's possible to add custom domains outside your DNS-zones.
This doesn't seem possible with Workers (yet?).

For what it's worth: this is a showstopper in adopting the Workers-route for my Nuxt-app (currently on Pages).
