🚀 Feature Request: Add Waku to c3 framework experimental templates

Hello. I have been building several projects with Waku - a minimal framework built specifically for React 19+ - and have contributed docs, a template and updated the build adapter to work with static assets for Cloudflare Workers.

I am interested in contributing a template for c3 and documention. The framework is under active development working towards a 1.0 release - dai-shi/waku#24

Waku has very minimal depencies - mainly React 19, Hono and Vite - so it fits well with the Cloudflare developer platform.
