Current Mechanism:

kubeweekly scrape information and add the information to ./resources/kubeweekly
orchestrator will get the newest content and send to telegram

Proposed

migrate to community-operator using Kubernetes CRD Weekly object. example
need to refactor to support writing to CRD object and push automatically to the GitHub repository. example scraper

This issue is the blocker for cloudnative-id/kubeops#18
