Favicon don't dynamically update on Google Chorme but works in Firefox #14

I followed the Readme.md instructions and this happens:

It works on Firefox but not in Google Chrome. Any ideas why? This is my version of Angular Client:

We use this on chrome and it is working for us, do you mind creating a small repro?

Maybe check first if the internal demo of this repo is working fine on chrome for you, if it is try to create a minimal repro so we can investigate
